The Brooklyn office is where the New York City Day Habilitation and “Transitions” After School and Saturday program services are provided. With large classrooms and open spaces, this facility offers participants the opportunity to explore their interests, whether in music, theater or art. The Brooklyn office opened in July, 2008.

Opened in January 2016, The Pride Center opened in Farmingdale, N.Y. This state-of-the-art facility houses our Long Island Day Habilitation program, Medicaid and Non-Medicaid service coordination, Community Habilitation, B2H and TBI program. The Pride Center provides services to individuals and families living in Nassaud and Suffolk Counties.

Human First opened its first office in Queens in 2012. Recently renovated, this office is the site of day habilitation and after school programs, as well as the headquarters to our Medicaid Service Coordinator staff.

Our Manhattan office located on 134 W. 29th Street – a short walk from Penn Station – serves as the administrative hub for our Manhattan programs.
